We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping – $9
Standard shipping is available across Australia for a flat rate of $9 on orders under $60.

Free Standard Shipping
All Australian orders over $60 include free standard shipping via Australia Post.

Metro areas: 2–5 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather events, and peak periods.

Express Shipping – $14
Need it quicker?

We offer Express Shipping via Australia Post for a flat rate of $14 on Australian orders.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

Metro areas: 1–3 business days
Regional areas: 2–4 business days

Express shipping can be selected at checkout.


International Shipping

We now offer international shipping.

Flat Rate International Shipping – $20 AUD

Shipping is available to selected international destinations for a flat rate of $20 AUD.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

International: 6–15 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders include tracking.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.


Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Outfished™ is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details provided at the time of purchase.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly in the first instance, as delivery responsibility transfers upon confirmed delivery.
