How do your caps fit?
Scaled caps are a one-size-fits-most design with an adjustable snapback. They’re a comfortable mid-profile fit, designed to sit naturally rather than high or rigid.
Are the caps pre-washed?
Yes. All Scaled caps are vintage-washed so they feel settled from the first wear. They’ll continue to soften and wear in naturally over time.
Will every cap look exactly the same?
No — and that’s intentional.
Because of the washing and finishing process, there will be small variations in colour and wear between caps. Each one wears in slightly differently.
How do I care for my cap?
- Rinse with fresh water if needed
- Air dry only
- Avoid machine washing or dryers
Don't hide them away - they are made to be worn.
Where are Scaled products made?
Scaled products are designed in Australia and produced in small runs with specialist manufacturers. All designs and artwork are owned by Scaled Co.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship across Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we focus on Australian orders.
International shipping may be added in the future.
What is your returns policy?
If something isn’t right, please get in touch.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition. Full details are available on our Returns page.
Will sold-out styles be restocked?
Some designs may return, others won’t.
We keep production runs limited and re-release selectively. If a cap is marked as sold out, it may not come back in the same form.
Are Scaled products limited edition?
Many of our releases are produced in small batches. This helps us maintain quality and keeps the range considered rather than overproduced.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Not at this time. Scaled currently sells direct to customers through our website only.
